Widely known as Linda Arrey or The People’s GPS, Dr. Linda Arrey-Mbi Nkwenti is a Nonprofit Consultant, Published Author and International Speaker. She has dedicated several years as a Certified Life and Leadership Coach, helping women all over the world find clarity, overcome personal and professional roadblocks and equipping them with strategies to live fulfilling lifestyles.

Her book ‘Memoirs of a Working MotherFighting for Balance, Managing Expectations and Channeling Love’, is a self-help tool for women to thrive at home and work. She has shared her experiences and expertise on diverse platforms, to include the military, women and business conferences, academic institutions, retreats and the TED stage. As an unforgettable speaker, Dr. Nkwenti is often invited to educate and motivate through keynote addresses, panel discussions, workshop facilitation and more.

She is the Chief Executive Officer of Women in Leadership Development and Empowerment, Inc., a professional women’s charity serving women and underserved communities through mental, physical, spiritual wellness and financial literacy initiatives. In this role, she hosts several events and women’s conferences including the Women’s Wellness and Business Conference, one of the largest and most impactful annual gatherings of women in the East Coast. She also curated the Give Mom A Break Day™ initiative, a fun, relaxing, networking and resource sharing event for working mothers to avoid burnout, by pausing and focusing on self-care

With over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, serving corporations and communities in various capacities, she founded, The Nonprofit Institute, a premier academy for current and potential Nonprofit Entrepreneurs to transform their vision into compliant, sustainable and impactful 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organizations. She also launched Nonprofit for Newbies ®, a registered trademarked entity providing curriculum and trainings to nonprofit founders, their board, staff and volunteers.

Being a woman of many talents, serving in various capacities,Linda and her husband – Tse, are the Owners of My Zen Mode, a family-owned, luxury candles and accessories company, made with the finest ingredients. She is an Active Duty Medical Service Corps Officer in the United States Air Force. She was the first elected President of the Cameroonian-American Military Professionals organization, a 501(c)(3) charity providing mentoring, leadership and support services to Cameroonian-Americans serving in the U.S. Military and their families.

Among several community and state recognitions, she is the recipient of the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal for her substantial service to women and the local community, and a recipient of the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award, issued by President Joe Biden, for distinguishing herself with acts of volunteerism that positively impacts America’s strength and national identity.

Linda enjoys the beach, serving her community, cooking, traveling and spending quality time with her husband and children.
