Melanie Wilson

Melanie Wilson is an anxiety and transformational coach in addition to being the founder of She’ll Rise, LLC. A degree in Counseling Psychology is just the beginning of her note-worthy credentials. Melanie is also a certified cognitive behavior therapy practitioner, a certified mindset coach, and is certified in trauma-informed approaches. We cannot forget to mention that she is also licensed in kickboxing.

What truly sets Melanie apart from any other coach is her dedication to showing up authentically each day with an ability to help other women truly feel seen, heard, and known.

Melanie utilizes the power of sharing her story, a true testimony to the glory of God, to reach women who feel as though they are stuck in a cycle of darkness. These are women who need the right kind of community to provide support, encouragement, and empathy as they begin their journey to walk in the freedom God has promised. Not only is Melanie linking arms with these women, but she is also continuously building a courageous community that steps into battle with you, meeting you with compassionate action to help you break free and flourish too! Within the She’ll Rise community, you can expect to show up fearlessly authentic and take up your space unapologetically.

Aside from her role at She’ll Rise LLC, Melanie also serves women through a 12-week 1:1 intensive online coaching program, hosting undeniably valuable masterminds, leading group challenges, annual retreats, and hosting book clubs that foster amazing conversations among like-minded women who are ready to RiseUp!

God put She’ll Rise on her heart, and it is from her very own journey of triumph, struggles with anxiety, depression, and trauma, and being postured for obedience that this organization was founded. She needed to do the hard work in her life to end the cycle of running and hiding so God could use her and what He did in her life to reach those women suffering in the darkness alone.

Having survived trauma, sexual assault, an eating disorder, opioid addiction, and failed suicide attempt, she has now shifted her focus to creating a safe place to land for women to find wholeness and healing from the same struggles she has experienced.

Melanie is the mother of two young adult daughters and a wife of 28 years to her husband, Chris. Fort Myers, Florida is where they all call home.
