Niya Brown Matthews is easily one of Atlanta’s most dynamic businesswomen. Niya is not only a Life Coach, Author, Motivational Speaker, Humanitarian, Urban Gardener & Farmer, wife of a former NFL player Eric Matthews & of board member of the Eric Matthews Foundation which offers free NFL camps for the youth. She’s a mother, breast cancer survivor, and Founder of Soulfood Sessions with Niya LLC Women Empowerment Organization. She has been featured in Essence Festival, EBONY, Black Enterprise, Black America Web, Rolling Out Magazine, to name a few. It is ultimately her compassion and humanitarian outreach work through teaching others how to garden that significantly impacts so many lives and communities across the globe. Niya launched Soulfood Sessions to help coach and teach women in becoming a better version of themselves by overcoming life’s obstacles. Niya platform hosts Gardening Workshops, and Retreats.
