WWABC 2020: March 14th, 2020

Dr Stephanie Q. Wilson is an active duty Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force. As a daughter, sister, wife and mother of four, she works hard not just in the defense of the nation, but in the empowerment and advocacy of individuals to become better leaders in their respective fields. A recognized expert in her military field of missiles and munitions maintenance, Dr. Wilson is a two-time squadron commander, having most recently led 289 Airmen as the 90th Missile Maintenance Squadron Commander at Francis E. Warren Air Force Base; as they maintained our nation’s intercontinental ballistic missile force. She graduated with a B.S. in Biology from Clemson University, a Masters of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and her doctorate from University of the Rockies in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Leadership. Dr Wilson is currently assigned as the Deputy Division Chief of Strategy and Policy, for the Strategic Deterrence and Integration Directorate for the Department of the Air Force.
