WWABC 2020: March 14th, 2020

A Women’s Wellness and Business conference that takes place during Women’s History Month for aspiring and seasoned women entrepreneurs to start and scale their businesses while also prioritizing on self-care. Team WILDE understands that in order for women to be successful entrepreneurs and professionals they must first take care of themselves physically, spiritually and mentally. Our goal for the conference is not only to inspire, but to also provide the right strategies, resources and execution plans for women to thrive personally and professionally.

Last year’s conference attracted 20 vendors and 150 women from various industries, to include Delaware’s Lieutenant Governor, Bethany Hall-Long, who delivered the luncheon Keynote Address.

WWABC2019 Fact Sheet

We are pleased to return to the luxurious Dover Downs Hotel & Casino for the 2020 conference.

The conference will bring together industry experts in the areas of:

  • Mental Wellness
  • Spiritual Wellness
  • Nutrition and Fitness
  • Business
  • Finance
  • Social Media
  • Corporate Leadership

Additionally, profits from the conference will go to kickoff WILDE’s new initiative, Give Mom a Break Day. A recent study by Welch’s Juice revealed that moms work an average of 98 hours per week, which is equivalent to working two full-time jobs and working overtime. As working mothers ourselves, we understand these statistics too well. But do you know self-care is still an afterthought to most moms? Imagine that for a second.

Team WILDE curated Give Mom a Break Day to provide an opportunity for mothers to avoid burnout, by taking one day to pause and focus on self-love. By participating in Give Mom a Break Day, moms will have the opportunity to improve relationships, understand the importance of work-life balance, feel rejuvenated, and improve performance at home and work. The great news is that by registering for the next Women’s Wellness and Business Conference, you get a chance to be one of the fifty women selected to return for a transformational Give Mom a Break Day at no additional cost.

  • Motivation

Finding clarity and getting into the right mindset is paramount to success. Our experts will walk you through rediscovering your mission in life and provide you with tools and strategies you need to stay inspired. We also promise you loads of laughter, maybe a few tears, and an overall great experience.

  • Business

After taking care of your physical, spiritual and mental wellbeing, you will feel whole and inspired to take care of business. You will receive real strategies and advice from real women bosses leading in their respective industries. Be prepared to take your business and career to the next level.

  • Connection

Build meaningful connections with other women who share a common interest. Create or strengthen your tribe with new relationships with women you can learn from, partner with and grow together.

  • Empowerment

By the end of this full day conference, you will have the right mindset, resources and tools to redesign the life you desire for yourself, family and business. You will be empowered to execute and succeed. We will be celebrating your transformational success as the year unfolds.

(comments from the post event survey)

“It was so amazing listening to all the amazing successful women, and getting to meet many that were in the audience. The speakers and panels were selected to give a very rounded educational event. I would highly recommend attending these events if you want to be energized by a great group of women.

“The overall energy and connections in the room. The speakers were full of energy and everyone was extremely welcoming. The way you FEEL when leaving a conference is what is most memorable and I left with good vibes and inspiration.”

“The networking was priceless. But meeting the Lt. Governor was the most memorable experience for me.”

“My most memorable experiences included hearing Nancy Joy Dozier speak. The salmon was delicious. The energy in the environment was amazing. And everything seemed to be well-planned and executed by the WILDE Inc team.”

“I enjoyed the entire conference, but my favorite was all the wellness information the speakers shared. I thoroughly enjoyed the dancing! It got us up and moving and motivated!!”

“The conference was phenomenal. It was wonderful connecting and learning from a tribe of exceptional women. The sessions were phenomenal!”

“I loved the diversity displayed and the vendors selected to be there.”

“The support and kindness shown to me by one of the organizers. She listened and supported me when I asked to move my vendor table. I appreciated her professionalism and empathy, and patience with my needs. I feel so badly that I forgot to write down her name because she deserves that praise directly. :-)”
